Whoa! Excuse me, Let me interrupt here.
Hello, My name is Jill. I supervise around here. Ha!
Scoot over... Let me type. Here's my face.
Hello~
I'm not yelling at anyone. I'm teaching. Please don't be sensitive. We're very busy. Pay attention ~ and see some good work as it's happening. We're all building and learning a new profession called Press. It's a way of seeing the world differently while making it a better place.
TIME OUT. Students need a break. Tune in tomorrow.
ANNOUNCEMENT: "Show and Tell" in NSJ.
We'll show you the daily preparations for the weekly news.
Production resumes tomorrow, Tuesday, for next Monday's issue.
--During the break --
Everyone -- INCLUDING READERS,
Pick up your pen and make a list of three of the things you find really wrong with your community. That's easy to do.  Now, on the other side of the paper, write down the three things you like best about your community. Fold it up. ... Now, "Put that in your pipe and smoke it."It's a hippie expression for, Think about that! or What are we gonna do about this? ...Put that in your pipe and smoke it~
When you have nothing else to think about, when you're waiting in line somewhere, look over those lists. Fast forward... notice one or more of your neighbors have had one or more of those same thoughts. What can citizens do? Pay attention... Topics come up, problems get solved. See how things work around here. That's community.
Have a nice day out there. Take care. Be sure to check back here tomorrow! Right on.
